What is Route Shipping Protection and how does it work?
Route Shipping Protection is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout. It is provided by Route, a third-party company, not by Army Navy Outdoors.
If you add it and your order ends up lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Route helps get it replaced or refunded fast.
It is completely optional. You can leave it on or take it off in your cart before you check out, and your order ships either way.
