If you added Route Shipping Protection at checkout, file a claim with Route here: https://claims.route.com.

If you did not add Route, you are still covered by us. Email Sales@ArmyNavyOutdoors.com within 30 days of the ship date and we will help track it down or make it right. Just be sure to report it within 30 days of the ship date so we can work with the carrier.
