What if my order arrives damaged?

We want your gear to show up in good shape. If something arrives damaged, or an item is missing, we are happy to make it right.

If you added Route Shipping Protection at checkout, file a claim with Route here: https://claims.route.com and include a couple of photos of the damage.

Either way, you can reach us at Sales@ArmyNavyOutdoors.com. Let us know within 30 days of your ship date and we will sort it out.
