How do I file a claim for a lost, damaged, or stolen order?

If you added Route Shipping Protection at checkout, file your claim straight with Route here: https://claims.route.com. File within 30 days. You will need your order number, and for damage, a couple of clear photos.

Did not add Route? No problem. Email us at Sales@ArmyNavyOutdoors.com within 30 days of your ship date and we will help make it right.
