We want to ensure the proper delivery of your new Bunk bed so that there is no damage or issues. Your bunk beds are being delivered to you via freight carrier, please be sure to follow the following to ensure that your delivery is successful. ARMY NAVY OUTDOORS and THE SHIPPER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES NOT NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT Inspect the freight for visible damages and confirm that everything you have ordered is present. If everything arrived in good condition, as should be expected, sign the delivery receipt, and you are done. Otherwise, you must sign the delivery receipt as damaged or refuse the shipment completely
COVID UPDATE - If the driver is not willing to let you inspect the merchandise or sign the delivery receipt as damaged you must refuse the shipment

1. You must inspect the pallet/shipment for any visible signs of damage.
2. You must verify the pallet count and number of boxes if noted on the BOL. Each shipment, for example, will state for instance 1 pallet 6 boxes
3. Any visible damage to the outside of the pallet, boxes, or shrink-wrap must be noted on both yours and the freight companies BOL prior to the driver leaving.
4. Contact us and email sales@Armynavyoutdoors.com immediately with images of any issues.
How to track your order?
When your order ships a tracking or PRO number is sent to your email and loaded into your order profile along with the name of the freight carrier. Simply go to the carrier's website and enter the PRO number into the tracking bar. Freight trucks for residential deliveries will call the day prior to an appointment window.
