If your order is returned to our warehouse, we will investigate the reason and reach out to you. If the return was due to a carrier error, we will reship the item and update your tracking information. In the even you had a wrong address, or it was not deliverable to no fault of ours or the shipper or your order will be refunded back to minus any cost of shipping, and you will be notified of your refund.
